The Builder Behind the Name
G'day, I'm Dan. I've been building in and around East Auckland for over fifteen years. I started D T Monk Projects because I reckoned homeowners deserved better than what was out there — builders who don't call back, quotes that don't match the final bill, work that looks alright from a distance but falls apart up close.
I'm not interested in being the cheapest. I'm interested in doing it properly. When I take on a job, it's my name on it. I'm on site, I'm hands on, and I'm the one you talk to — not some office somewhere.
Whether it's a bathroom, a kitchen, a deck, or a full renovation, I'll give it to you straight. If something's going to take longer, I'll tell you. If there's a better way to do something, I'll suggest it. And I won't leave until it's done right.
