Initial Enquiry
It all starts with a conversation. Fill out our enquiry form, give us a call, or send us an email. Tell us a bit about what you're thinking — it doesn't need to be detailed at this stage. We'll get back to you promptly and have a no-pressure chat about your project.
We'll ask some initial questions about your property, the type of work you're considering, your rough budget and timeframe. This helps us understand whether we're the right fit for your project.
Site Visit & Project Discussion
We'll come to your property, look at the space, and talk through your ideas face to face. This is where we get a real feel for the scope of the project and start to understand exactly what you want to achieve.
We'll discuss the practical side — what's possible, what might need consents, any structural considerations, and how the project could affect your day-to-day life during the build. No obligation, just honest advice.
Planning & Quote
Based on our site visit and your brief, we'll put together a detailed plan and a clear, transparent quote. We'll walk you through the costs, timeline and process so there are no surprises.
If consent work or design drawings are needed, we'll guide you through that process too. Our quotes are detailed and itemised — you'll know exactly what you're paying for and why.
Build Process
Once everything is signed off, we get to work. Throughout the build, you'll receive regular updates and have a direct line to us whenever you have questions. We keep the site tidy and respect your home.
We understand that every project is unique. Some homeowners want to be hands-on — involved in the day-to-day decisions, selecting materials and watching the transformation unfold. Others prefer to step back and leave it to us. Whatever your approach, we build with you and for you. We'll tailor our communication to suit how involved you want to be, and we'll never make decisions on your behalf without checking in first. We coordinate all trades, manage the schedule and handle any surprises that come up — so whether you're on site every day or checking in weekly, you'll always know exactly where things stand.
Final Walkthrough
When the project is complete, we'll walk through everything together. We'll make sure every detail meets your expectations and address anything that needs attention before we hand it over.
We don't consider a project finished until you're completely happy. And we'll follow up after handover to make sure everything is settling in as it should.
